Rainbow Laces returns with a brand-new way for you to get involved and pledge your support for LGBTQ+ inclusion in sport.
Over the last ten years, the RAINBOW LACES campaign has come so far. Now, it’s time to Lace Up to #KeepItUp by joining the campaign from 25th November to 10th December 2023!
Since Rainbow Laces kicked off in 2013, over a million people have laced up in support of LGBTQ+ inclusion in sport, fitness and physical activity. But this must-win game isn’t over yet.
Large parts of the LGBTQ+ community still can’t be their true selves whilst attending or participating in sporting events. And in 2023, that just blows our minds.
So while we should be proud of what’s been achieved so far, this is no time to take our eye off the ball. In the tenth year, we have to do one important thing… Keep it up!

To celebrate 10 years of sport inclusion, Stonewall have launched the #KeepItUp challenge. In the spirit of the campaign why not challenge yourself to do 10 keepy-ups, or see how many you can do in 10 seconds, or 100 seconds?
Here at Berks & Bucks FA HQ, members of the team laced-up to keep it up for Stonewall UK, attempting as many keepy-ups as possible in 10 seconds - check out how they got on below!
