We are delighted to welcome Izzy Heath to the Berks & Bucks FA team.

Izzy joined the team in January this year as our Football Development Officer for Women's & Girls' and will work closely with the team internally as well as with our wider football community, members, partners and community organisations. 

Izzy graduated from Bournemouth University with a Sports Development degree in 2021. Before joining Berks & Bucks FA, Izzy worked at Get Berkshire Active leading on commissioning funding for children and young people and supporting with workforce development. 

Football has always been a huge part of Izzy's life and she has been playing socially since a young age. She is an FA Level 1 qualified coach currently coaching an U10's and a Ladies team at her local football club.

On her appointment, Izzy said: “I'm delighted to have joined the team at Berks & Bucks FA and looking forward to working closely with our member volunteers, clubs & leagues across the region to continue developing the women's and girls' game."

In her role, Izzy will be responsible for pro-actively improving & increasing football opportunities for women & girls', as well as leading on the co-ordination of local recreational open-age male football initiatives.
