The Affiliation window for the 2019/20 season is now open. 

On this page you will find all the information you need to complete the process from both a club affiliation and League Sanctioning point of view, including; key dates, new requirements and contact information.

Important Dates

Clubs and leagues can affiliate through the Whole Game System (“WGS”) from the following dates:

 Opens   Closes 
 Club Affiliation  1 May 2019  31 July 2019
 League Sanctioning  1 June 2019  31 August 2019

Affiliation Fees

For the third season in the row, the cost of affiliation has not changed, although there is a slight increase in the cost of Public Liability Insurance.

Please note that from 1 July 2019, the Berks & Bucks FA will no longer be able to accept cheque payments.

You can continue to make payments on invoices directly through the Whole Game System, by phone on 01235 544890 (Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm). Alternatively, you can make payments via BACS transfer using the following details:

New requirements

The basic requirements for affiliation remain the same as last season.  

As always we would like to take this opportunity to remind all Youth Clubs that every youth team must have a coach assigned to it who holds an FA-approved CRC issued within the last three years.

From 1 May 2019 Clubs will have the ability to initiate and track CRC applications through the Whole Game System.  A user guide for this process will be made available separately shortly after 1 May.
