Berks & Bucks FA are delighted to welcome Stephanie Clark and Richard Brant to the team as our new Communications Officer and Football Development Officer (Workforce) respectively.

Steph joins us from Oxfordshire FA to take up our new Communications Officer post. With a long career history of working in marketing and communications across various fields, including; grassroots football, public health and the food and drink industry she is looking forward to helping us reinvigorate the way we communicate.

"I'm delighted to be joining Berks & Bucks FA. It's an exciting time for the organisation and I'm looking forward to helping promote the work of the team to both existing and new audiences whilst also looking to raise the profile of the organisation locally and nationally."

"A key area of focus for me will be on maintaining the organisation's website and social media channels as well as looking into ways in which we can provide information and support to our football workforce on new and existing opportunities within the grassroots game."

On his arrival at Berks & Bucks FA, Rich who joins us from the Isle of Mann FA where he worked as a Football Services Officer for three years said: “I’m excited to be joining BBFA and looking forward to the challenges ahead. 

"One of my main focuses will be on Coach Education and ensuring the football workforce in the County have every opportunity to start or continue their development as a coach or referee. With first class FA courses delivered by top tutors, we will be able to help and support coaches/referees on their own desired coaching/refereeing pathway. 

I’m looking forward to meeting the football workforce and working with them to ensure grassroots football continues to develop in the County.”
