Kelly Sutton joined the Berks & Bucks FA team in October 2022 as our Football Participation Manager & Facilities Lead.

In her role, Kelly is responsible for managing a small team of Development Officers, as well as pro-actively improving & increasing the quality of grass pitches, supporting organisations with the development of 3G Artificial Grass Pitches pitches and other capital projects.

On her appointment, Kelly said; "Joining the team at Berks & Bucks FA and starting to work with member clubs in the region has been fantastic. It's an exciting time to be involved in football following the success of the Women’s EUROs last year and with two World Cups in such close proximity, and I'm looking forward to working with more of our clubs and dedicated volunteers, this season and beyond, to develop pitches, facilities and other projects across the County."

With a degree in Sports Science and Business Management from Nottingham Trent University, Kelly's career thus far has focussed around Sports Development roles helping to create opportunities for students across a range of sports within Secondary, Further and Higher education.

A keen footballer, Kelly has played football for 20 years across a variety of levels of the women and girls pathway, including Centre of Excellences, British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) Leagues and The FA Women's National League.
