Female Football at your Club

Everything you need to develop Women's & Girls' club football

England Football have launched their new Equal Game Toolkit and Resources to help clubs grow and develop female football at their club.

The all new equal game training and toolkit has replaced the previous ‘Female Friendly Clubs Training’ having undergone a rebrand.

Berks & Bucks FA, Women's & Girls' Development Officer Alex Pratt said the following: “Having sat on a working group to help shape the updated national Equal Game training, I am looking forward to promoting both the toolkit and resources, alongside delivery of the face-to-face training within our County. I am sure these support provisions will become valuable assets to clubs looking to launch female football, or indeed to those looking to develop what they already offer.”.

Alongside the resources and training, Berks & Bucks FA have also had the opportunity to appoint two dedicated Equal Game Ambassadors to support clubs in ou region to deliver their action plans across the County.

On the appointments, Alex, said: “I am delighted that following a competitive application process, we have managed to appoint Amy Hardy and Lisa Welling for Berkshire and Buckinghamshire respectively, to support the delivery of the training, and provide ongoing support to clubs post-training. Both have experience of growing and developing female provision within their respective clubs, and their knowledge and ideas will be an important resource for clubs looking to do the same”.

The toolkit and resources can be found here, and clubs can express their interest to attend the training here, with dates and venues to be confirmed in the New Year.
