Trophy tour stops at Stadium MK
The UEFA Women’s EURO 2022 trophy arrived in Milton Keynes today as excitement for next summers’ tournament continues to build following the Final draw and launch of the public ballot.
The much-anticipated ‘group of death’ will be played out at Stadium MK in front of a potential 30,000 fans. Only two can progress from Spain, Germany, Finland and Denmark in Group B with three of the crucial group fixtures to be seen at the home of MK Dons.

If you’re backing Finland to upset the favourites you may want to make sure you get to Milton Keynes, with all of Anna Signeul’s side’s games taking place at the venue. Football fans across the area are also in luck as Stadium MK will also host one of the Semi-Finals - with the promise of nerve-wracking knock-out football on display, it is one not to be missed.
Looking for a trip with your team?
If you’re looking for a great day out with your footy team during the tournament, what better match to attend than Denmark v Finland on Tuesday, July 12, 5pm in Milton Keynes.
Finland are the underdogs in Group B but they would love nothing more than toppling their Scandinavian neighbours in Milton Keynes on Matchday 2.
Anna Signeul’s side edged out Portugal to top Group E in qualifying and with all-time top scorer Linda Sällström leading the line, they won’t lack a goal threat!
The good-natured rivalry should make for a friendly atmosphere at Stadium MK and the 5pm kick-off makes this one ideal to gather together the families and friends from your youth football team for a summer catch-up.
Apply for the tickets
There is still time to apply for tickets and secure your seat at this history-making tournament, with the public ballot for tickets open until 6pm on Tuesday 16th November – don’t miss out!
