Reading FC Women’s Talent Pathway/Observation & ‘Art of Noticing’ CPD Workshop, followed by... Reading Women vs Durham Women!

A unique opportunity as part of the BBFA Female Coaches Community to find out more about the Elite talent Pathway at Reading FC Women; discover the pathway through the Emerging Talent Centre, Pro Game Academy and Senior Squads with insights from the team at Reading. 

THEN

Learn how to develop your observational skills as a coach and how you can use this to help inform your practice. Learn from FA Coach Developers and senior Reading FC staff about the ‘Art of noticing’, recognise and identify tactics and patterns and see how you can apply these skills in coaching environment.

FINALLY

Put these skills to the test while observing Reading FC Women take on Durham Women in a crunch relegation survival battle!

This event is ideal for those aspiring to coach in the elite pathway themselves and for those looking to support their voluntary roles. (Please note, this event is for female coaches ONLY)

Signing up to this event will give you 2 hours of FA Accredited CPD, as well as refreshments and a free ticket to the RFC vs Durham Game, courtesy of the Premier League Fans Fund.
