In-Club Mentor Workshop

New programme to support Mentors & Developers working with coaches at their Clubs

On Tuesday 21st May (7:30pm-9pm), we will be launching the BBFA In-Club Mentoring Programme with an Introduction Workshop led by FA Coach Mentor Develop, Robbie Blood. We are introducing the new programme to support Mentors & Developers currently working with coaches at their Clubs across Berks & Bucks FA.

The first Introduction workshop will provide Mentors & Developers an insight into the impact Mentoring can have on coaches and different methods and styles which can be used.

The workshop will also cover:

Understanding what the Wider skills and Attributes are for Personalised & Connected Mentoring Support
Mentor Framework
Importance of building relationships
Being an influencer

The workshop will support the fantastic work Mentors/Developers continue to do to support their Clubs and will be an opportunity for you to network and share experiences with other Mentors & Developers across the region.

Following the Introduction Workshop, we will be hosting a face-to-face workshop on the evening of Tuesday 16th July in Wycombe to bring Mentors/Developers from across Berks & Bucks together to continue to network and provide ongoing support in your role.
