Female Coach

CPD workshop followed by WSL Fixture

Female Coaches Community workshop taking place at Reading FC on Sunday 22nd January followed by the WSL fixture, Reading vs Manchester United.

Berks & Bucks FA are pleased to confirm the next Female Coaches Community (FCC) Coach Development Workshop, on Sunday 22nd January 2023.

The Match Observation & Art of Noticing workshop will look at the ability to notice and be curious; appreciating the value of watching players through a lens to enhance their overall capability and identifying when they might need more support, stretch or greater challenge.

The session is free to attend and ideal for female coaches or females involved in the sport who are interested in coaching.

The workshop, will be delivered by FA Regional Coach Developer, Vicky Fisher and supported by FA Mentors Chris Berry & Jon Simmons. The session will take place at Reading FC, starting at 11am, lasting for two hours, finishing at 1pm. Each attendee will receive two hours of Coach Development time to their FAN records.

In partnership with Reading FC, we are delighted to offer those in attendance a free match ticket* for the Women’s Super League Fixture, Reading vs Manchester United which takes place at the Select Car Leasing Stadium, straight after the session (2pm kick-off).

It is an amazing opportunity for female coaches who will be able to learn and develop in the morning and then watch the Royals take on United at the SCL Stadium where the hosts welcome the title chasers who include Lionesses Ella Toone, Mary Earps, Alessia Russo and friend of the BBFA podcast and former Royal, Jade Moore.
