Female Coach

CONFIRMED | Female Coaches Community

Schedule of workshops to support the development of female coaches confirmed for 2023.

In Spring 2022, BBFA launched the Female Coaches Community. The was introduced to support female coaches within the County to continue development and importantly network and share experiences with other female coaches in the area.

The group of female coaches will be supported throughout by FA Regional Coach Development Officer for Women & Girls, Vicky Fisher along with support from FA Mentors Jon Simmons & Chris Berry. The team will support the delivery of both practical and virtual workshops.

In its first six months since launching, over 100 female coaches have signed up to be part of the programme with the group continuing to grow & evolve and it is perfect for both new coaches into the game or experienced coaches.

Between January and May there will be 7 workshops across the County in both a virtual and practical setting delivered by FA Coach Developer Vicky Fisher and supported by FA Mentors Chris Berry & Jon Simmons.

To view the workshops available and to book, please visit our dedicated Female Coaches Community page.

We are also pleased to announce the launch of our new online community for female coaches. The new platform will allow female coaches with opportunity to share, network and ask questions to further support development.
