Physios wanted for Long Crendon FC (Volunteer)

We are looking for 2 Physios to join our expanding coaching and management team for the upcoming season, 2020/21. Our two men’s’ teams compete in Division One – East and Division 2 - North of the Uhlsport Hellenic League. Our matches are played on Saturday afternoons and Tuesday evenings.

Bourne End JSC Volunteers Wanted - Season 2020/21

Bourne End Junior Sports Club Football section are looking for volunteers to fill the following positions on their committee: -

Chairperson/Section Leader

Website & Social Media Officer (Wordpress experience is required)

Club Development Officer

Pitches & Equipment Officer

Assistant Child Welfare Officer (with the view to becoming the Football section’s Child Welfare Officer)

Football is one of the seven sports that Bourne End Junior Sports Club, a registered charity based in South Bucks, offers to young people (U6 to U18). The Football section is growing and we need the help of volunteers to maintain a safe environment and Club structure to support our young people in their footballing development.

Our committee usually meets every two months during the football season. All volunteers will be required to complete a CRC check (unless they already hold an in-date CRC), which will be funded by the Club and in some cases, will be required to complete the FA Club officials online Child Safeguarding course.

We are very lucky to have our own sports hall and a sport for all ethos and believe in the power of football in the development of young people. We are a community club and are looking for volunteers who can come and be part of our community, bring passion and enthusiasm to our footballers and inspire our next generation of players.

Faringdon Thursday Cup Competition - General Secretary Needed

The Faringdon Thursday cup competition are looking for a general secretary. The competition holds their first and second rounds pre season in August the semi finals in April and the Final in May. The role would require attending 4-5 meetings per year along with general competition duties.

Reading & West Berkshire League

The Reading and West Berkshire League (www.rwbl.org) is expanding and has a number of vacancies for volunteers that love football, are computer numerate and have excellent communication skills. We hold monthly committee meetings on a Thursday evening, mainly using Skype so you can attend the meetings from the comfort of your home.

Secretary 
The Secretary is one of the most important roles in a league. The main point of contact for County FA, club secretaries, other leagues, the Secretary will look after the administrative duties for the league.

Division Manager (multiple positions available)
The league division manager organises fixtures for the teams in allocated league divisions.  Also, is responsible for the administration and smooth running of their divisions.

Player Registration Secretary
The league player registration secretary will oversee the FA player registration process on whole game for all of the players for teams in the league to ensure that players are able to play.

Thatcham Town Football Club

Require a General Secretary, the position is a senior role within the club and will require approximately 10 hours per week,this would suit someone with IT skills and a passion for football.

Thatcham Town Football Club has good facilities on a ten acre site and is run by a committee of volunteers with the first team playing at Step 4, a Development Team in the Hellenic League Div 2 and a youth team. Thatcham Town is also a venue for Berkshire Schools and English Schools trials and games.

Milton United FC - Club Secretary and Director of Football

We are actively recruiting for are Club Secretary and Director of Football.  Both roles are main Committee positions and each requires the individual to spend approximately 10 hours a week in support of our club. 

Milton United FC is a FA Charter Development Club that facilitates football to Step 5 level at ‘The Heights’ Potash Lane, Milton. Milton United First Team plays in the UHLSport Hellenic League, we also have teams that compete in the North Berks Football League, the Thames Valley County Womens Football League, the Oxfordshire Invitational League and the Oxford Mail Youth Football League. Milton United FC is also the host venue for District and County Schools Representative Matches.  It is also used by a further 4 Senior Teams for Sunday and Veterans Football.  The Club is run by a Committee in line with its Constitution and is a ‘not for profit’ organisation.  It is supported by unpaid volunteers who work to maintain what is locally regarded as some of the best grassed floodlit pitches in Oxfordshire.

In short we are a busy club! In addition to our footballing commitments we are actively engaged in a significant and exciting project to replace the Clubhouse and improve the local sporting facilities.

Abingdon United Women's FC - Media Secretary

Would you like to be a part of #AUWFC? After a fantastic first season winning the treble and gaining promotion and hopefully participating in the FA cup this season, we are looking to expand.

You may already be aware that we are quite active on social media, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook mainly.  We would like to make use of more social media platforms. This role (or roles) will be responsible for match reports, social media, pre and post match interviews and also the maintenance of our website and YouTube channel (to be set up). We would also like to explore recording matches. We would like a good commitment level from this person (or persons) as social media particularly is at the backbone of what we do to promote the club and women's football. You will be shown the ins and outs of how we have worked this season and would more than welcome improvement.

We will provide as much equipment as possible but we would love someone who has worked in a similar role or enjoys using social media for a hobby.

We'll keep you're advert live on the website for a minimum of three months, at which time it may be removed depending on the volume of opportunities available.
