Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum dependent on experience
Contract: Full time (35 hours per week)

The Role

Berks & Bucks County Football Association is seeking to appoint a highly motivated & experienced sports development professional for the position of Football Participation Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of Development Officers supporting the growth of male & female football participation, whilst working directly with our clubs and leagues to continue their development.


Key Accountabilities

The principle responsibilities of the role will include;

- Lead and manage the BBFA’s Development work around Player Pathways
- Managing the Football Participation Team, and associated budgets
- Provide clear direction and guidance for clubs and leagues
- Support the continued growth of disability football

Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check through The FA DBS process.
