Nikki Measures joined the Board at Berks & Bucks FA as the HR/People Director earlier this season. 

In her role, Nikki will be providing a strategic lead on all Human Resources related matters.

Passionate about delivering people solutions that achieve a high performance and inclusive culture, she will be working with the Board to help the County FA achieve our aims of 'Connecting People and Changing Lives' through football, ensuring that all communities are able to benefit from the grassroots game. 

No stranger to Berks & Bucks FA, Nikki has previously volunteered as an Independent Disciplinary Commissioner for the organisation and maintains a strong interest in grassroots football through her children, who play for a local club.

On her appointment to the Board, Nikki said:"As grassroots football continues to recover from the pandemic I’m really looking forward to helping the CFA implement its new strategy and supporting the senior management team on all people-related matters.

"One of my first priorities is to get to know the team and learn more about what makes this great organisation tick. I can’t wait!"

Nikki brings a wealth of HR experience from both the public and private sectors, having worked at the National Audit Office for 25 years, before taking a short career break to focus on her family, then joining Heathrow Airport as a Senior HR Business Partner in 2019.
