Berks & Bucks FA has a vision, to inspire a lifelong relationship with football across ALL communities. To be truly inclusive, we have to have a variety of voices from a variety of communities guiding and supporting us on our journey.
Our Inclusion Advisory Network Group (IAG) is seeking a Chair to lead the incredibly talented group already in place. The Chair will lead the IAG to support our organisation and football across the county. The successful person will have significant knowledge and experience of operating at a strategic level in either the public or private sector and have a breadth and depth of knowledge and experience in equality, diversity and inclusion.
There will be a minimum of four IAG meetings each season (although this can could change according to the need) as well as communication between meetings to support the County in delivering the strategy.

’. The successful candidate will work closely with our INED for inclusion on the Board of Directors, myself and our newly appointed Community & Inclusion Officer.
