Community & Inclusion Officer (Full Time - 35 hours per week incorporating some evenings and weekends)
Contract: An initial 1-year contract (extension dependent on successful funding and programme outcomes)
Salary: £24,000-£26,000 per annum dependent on experience

Berks & Bucks FA is the local governing body for football covering Berkshire & Buckinghamshire. These are exciting times for the County FA as we support football’s response and recovery from Covid and look forward to the launch of our new three-year strategy and a relocation of the County FA office. The successful candidate for this role will be instrumental in helping the County FA to achieve our ambitions.

The Role
Berks & Bucks County Football Association is seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated person with a passion for community engagement and making a difference to people’s lives through football as well as leading on wider inclusion work across the Association. We are therefore seeking a full-time Community & Inclusion Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and developing this programme. The organisation operates a hybrid working approach and while this position will be based primarily at our headquarters in Abingdon, the role-holder will be required to regularly attend events across the County.
