Designated Safeguarding Officer, Natasha Keating

Welcome, Natasha!

We welcome Natasha Keating, Designated Safeguarding Officer, to the team.

We're delighted to welcome Natasha Keating to the Berks & Bucks FA team.

Natasha joins Berks & Bucks FA as the County FA's Designated Safeguarding Officer and will work closely with the team internally as well as with member clubs, leagues and wider football family.

With a background in education and the activity sector, along with 10 years previous experience of working with vulnerable people and five years in safeguarding, Natasha is looking forward to the opportunity to work with our members across the region. 

On her appointment, she said; “I am excited to be joining the Berks & Bucks FA – I am looking forward to supporting the County to make best practice, every day practice, and ensure grassroots football is played safely and positively so that more people have positive experiences within football.

"I am looking forward to meeting everyone and getting stuck in!”.

In her role, Natasha is responsible for working with our members to effectively safeguard children and vulnerable adults across the County. In addition to embedding safeguarding across all the County FA's operations, she will work with our Clubs and Leagues on a daily basis to ensure volunteers have the appropriate background checks, training and support to ensure football remains a safe and enjoyable environment For All.
