Do you want to grow new female teams at your club? Do you know what an ideal female friendly environment looks like?

This interactive workshop is aimed at both club committee members and coaches and will provide you with practical advice and help you create the right environment at your club to grow female participation. You will understand off-pitch and on-pitch considerations and discuss real life case study examples to enable you to build your own game plan for growth.

The workshop is FREE to attend and open to all affiliated clubs who want to create a female only provision in their club. This will not only help you ensure you have everything in place to attract women & girls, but also how to ensure they feel valued & supported enough to stay.

A maximum of two people from your club are able to attend, we recommend you bring two as it will allow you to bounce ideas off one another and then feed ideas back to your club committee.
