Award Winners Revealed!
Last night we held the first Berks & Bucks FA virtual Awards ceremony to recognise and celebrate your Grassroots Football Heroes across our region.
For over 10 years, the FA and McDonald’s Grassroots Football Awards have recognised and celebrated leagues, clubs, coaches, players, match officials and volunteers that go over and above when it comes to football in their local communities.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic we were unfortunately unable to host a physical awards evening, however, we still wanted to recognise the achievements of our volunteer workforce. To help us do this, we held the Awards live online via Webex where we were joined by nominees across all the categories, their friends & families and club & league supporters as we announced the winners live on the night.
We then had the chance to speak with our winners live to get their reactions and to hear a little more about their nomination.
The event was recorded and so if you would like to watch it back, or head straight to your favourite Award Category to hear more about all the nominess, you can do this now by heading over to our YouTube Channel!
