Berks & Bucks Football Association – Non–Executive Board Members

As the Governing body of football covering Berkshire & Buckinghamshire, our role is to lead, protect and support everyone’s journey in the football, working with new and existing members to get involved, to sustain the game and to ensure we promote a safe environment for people to participate in the game.

This is what we do, but why do we do it?

We all love football and we want to give as many people the chance to fall in love with the game as possible. Football has the power to bring whole communities together and have a positive impact on the lives of individuals within those communities. By working together, not only can we change the lives of people already involved in the game, but we can inspire new people to get involved. Together, we are football. Together we connect people and change lives.

Berks & Bucks FA believe in their purpose and are now seeking people that can help drive our vision forward. We are looking for individuals to join our Board as Non-Executive Directors. We need the right people to inspire change.

We are seeking Board members with the following expertise and background to help our business reach its full potential.  

- Commercial Lead – Supporting the organisation to open doors to invest in grassroots football 
- Human Resources Lead  - Supporting the organisation to inspire the next generation  
- Inclusion Lead  - Supporting us to be representative of the football community we serve 
- Health & Safety Lead – Supporting us to keep our staff, volunteers and environment safe..
