Welcome to our Volunteering page, on this page we give you the information you need to volunteer at a club or if you are a club help recruit volunteers.

Volunteering in Football has the power to make people happier and healthier and make communities stronger and better connected. As a person volunteering will make you happier, give you more self-esteem, enable you to make friendships and you will learn new skills. As a result of volunteering local clubs benefit hugely allowing them to recruit more members, volunteers make a massive difference!

The Berks and Bucks FA are also on the lookout for students to volunteer in our local clubs, click here for more information.

The whole community benefits from increased activity and healthier lives. Volunteers care about their local community and are likely to feel more pride volunteering in that area.

Take a look at some testimonials from volunteers:
“I’ve really enjoyed my time supporting Grove Challengers and I’m pleased to have been able to give something back, my son gained so much pleasure from playing through the years. The GC committee are a great bunch who are all really dedicated to providing the children with the best Club possible, I’m going to miss being part of it all.”
Anna Rackley, Grove Challengers Secretary 2012-2016

"Football brings lots of people together from all walks of life. I've enjoyed every minute of being involved in it."
Steve Handley, Newport Pagnell Secretary 2006-2016

At Berks & Bucks FA we want to support volunteers and clubs as best as we can so that Football continues to thrive in our County FA. In the documents section below the role profiles show what is expected in each role.
