We are always looking at ways in which we can improve the service we provide to our members and a key part of this service is our communication.

To help us shape the way we communicate with you moving forward, and to get a better idea of how the organisation is perceived by our members, we would like to invite you take part in an online survey, which asks you to look at our communication over the last 12 months (2023).
 

Working together with our local communities and building strong, positive, relationships with our members is a vital part of our work. The way we are perceived by, and communicate with, our members is a key part of this.

This is an important piece of work that will help us gain invaluable insight into the communications needs and preferences of our members and the wider football community but we need your help to achieve this.

To ensure we reach as many people as possible please do share this survey with other members of your local football communities, your members, players, parents, match officials, volunteers etc.

This survey has been well supported in previous years and we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has participated for their involvement.

As a result of feedback received, we have been able to implement & inform changes to the way we operate and introduce new methods of communication, such as our new WhatsApp News service. 

Our hope is that as the survey grows and more people take part year-on-year, we can continue to use your feedback to help us inform and improve our communication methods moving forward to provide the best possible service for our members.
