Job Vacancy- Compliance Administrator

We are seeking an experienced administrator and a self-motivated individual with a passion for grassroots football to support the promotion and safety of football in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.

The successful candidate will work from our highly regarded headquarters in Abingdon and will be responsible for the administration of safeguarding procedures, data and process compliance through the application of The FA’s guidelines and regulations. The role will also be responsible for maintaining the Berks & Bucks FA Safeguarding databases and providing Reports as required. The role will also lead the administration of the annual health checks for the FA’s Charter Standard Club Scheme and provide, as required, general administration support across the Football Services function.

Reporting to the County Safeguarding Manager, this post will require an individual who can work as part of a team while managing an individual workload and priorities. This post requires a professional and highly organised person with a track record of personal responsibility and a person who pays close attention to detail.

This is a full-time post (35 hours per week), and will require occasional evening or weekend work.  Applicants must have an understanding of the requirement to safeguard children and vulnerable adults.
