We are delighted to welcome Alex Pratt to the Berks & Bucks FA team.

Alex joins Berks & Bucks FA as the Football Development Officer for Women & Girls' & Recreational and will work closely with the team internally as well as with member clubs, leagues and the wider football family.

On his appointment, Alex said; “I’m really excited to join the Berks & Bucks FA, and looking forward to getting stuck into developing Football across the County for Women & Girls, but also in the recreation area.

"I’ll be working hard to provide opportunities for participation for women & girls of all ages and backgrounds, through wildcats, unite and our recreation programmes, and continuing to grow our range of opportunities to provide something for everyone who wants to take part. We have a range of great clubs, leagues and providers, who I can’t wait to work with to continue to improve football in our area.”

In his role, Alex is responsible for pro-actively improving & increasing football opportunities for women & girls, as well as leading on the co-ordination of local social & recreational football initiatives.
