Local Football Partnerships

Berks & Bucks FA know the value of working with local football providers to make sure football is developing for the best in that area. The Local Football Partnerships across Berks & Bucks aim to consult and develop football working with key partners to deliver football in an effective and efficient manner.

We currently have a number of Local Football Partnerships, who work to develop football in their specific area by pooling resources and working in partnership. The aim is for these groups to become self-sustaining, run by volunteers from the area and supported by Berks & Bucks Football Association development team and act as a forum to air views and to tackle some of the issues experienced locally. If you are interested in setting up a local Football Partnership please contact Liz.Verrall@Berks-BucksFA.com

Slough LFP
The Slough Local Football Partnership is made up of key volunteers across the area. Representation from Mars, local leagues, Slough Borough Council, local Charter Standard clubs and schools all meet to discuss the issues and areas for development within Slough.

The group are currently implementing their 3 year development plan and were fortunate to have Sir Trevor Brooking attend the launch of the LFP in November 2011. Mars In The Community have played an important role in funding the groups 3 year plan and vision for sustainable football within Slough.

Maidenhead LFP
The Maidenhead Local Football Partnership was established in June 2015. The group consists of the larger clubs within the area together with Maidenhead Utd being central drivers of the group. They are currently writing a 3 year development plan with the aim of providing a local supportive network increasing the growth, standards & playing opportunities within Maidenhead. We look forward to supporting the Maidenhead LFP in being a 'One Stop Shop' for football in Maidenhead.
