Our Grassroots Football Board

Following a comprehensive organisational review, Berks & Bucks FA Council voted to disband in favour of a new group of networks headed up by a Grassroots Football Board (GFB).

The GFB, which will report directly to the main Board of Directors, will assist in its oversight of grassroots participation, support, and development. The GFB will be made of Chairs from each of the seven Networks, each with its own focus area within grassroots football. 

The Networks that form the GFB, will bring together a diversity of voices, from representation across the County and from a variety of roles. We aim to ensure that our decision-making represents the views of those currently involved in all areas of the game, as well as those that are not directly involved.
