In 2012, Berks and Bucks FA introduced a new support structure for Refereeing. Led by our Referee Development Officer, Corin Readett, Berks and Bucks FA’s Referee Development Team is a new and innovative approach that provides support, assistance and mentoring to the Referee’s across the 2 counties.

Promotion Candidates Mentor Coordinator – TBA
(Provision of mentors to all referees in the County Promotion Scheme)

County Assessing Coordinator and County Referees Secretary – Peter Hitt
(Overseeing appointment of assessors within the county for promotion candidates, Appointments to County Cup competitions, Promotion Administration)
