When newly qualified Referee's have completed 10 games, they automatically become members of the Football Association Match Officials Association (FAMOA)

Membership of the Football Association Match Officials Association (FAMOA) gives a number of benefits:

 

·         A FAMOA badge for the Referee's shirt

·         Quarterly news letters

·         Free attendance to FAMOA conferences and seminars

·         A free record of achievement folder to keep your various certificates in

·         The ability to 'earn' points through the number of games done to be 'cashed' against kit and other goods

 

The Berks and Bucks Football Association in conjunction with the Referee's Association also provide expert help and assistance through Mentoring, Fitness Training and other support mechanisms
