Callum Salhotra joined the Berks & Bucks FA team in February 2023 as our Community & Inclusion Manager.

In his role, Callum will endeavour to inspire and develop participation in communities who face barriers to participation to showcase the value sport can have to tackle societal concerns across Berkshire & Buckinghamshire.

On his appointment, Callum said; "I’m really exciting to have joined the great team here at the Berks & Bucks FA. I’m looking forward to making an impacting on people through football and connecting different communities.

"I look forward to collaborating with different partners and continuing to build the awareness of Berks & Bucks FA within the community. Since a young age football has always been my passion and coaching from the age of 14 has helped me see the impact that football can have on people, so I look forward to continuing my journey with the FA."

Callum studied Sports Coaching & Development at Southampton Solent which helped him understadn the importance of sport for social change.

From University he went on to work with a number of sporting charities that supported young people in deprived communities. More recently, Callum credits previous career roles at the Chelsea Foundation and Young Brent for giving him a greate knowledege and helping him to see the great importance of equality, diversity and inclusion within communities.
