Rod Noble joined the Berks & Bucks FA team in November 2022 as a Football Development Officer.

In his role, Rod is responsible for working directly with our clubs and leagues to continue their development, and to strategically lead and co-ordinate disability football provision across the area.

On his appointment, Rod said; "I’m very excited to join Berks & Bucks FA and looking forward to using the power of football to bring our communities together. Sport has played such a big part in my life and this is a great opportunity to help make a difference and continue to make the game we love accessible for all.”"

Since studying sport at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, he has devoted many weekends to his local grassroots football club. He has been fortunate enough to see the difference physical activity can make to people’s lives.
