Community & Inclusion Officer
Salary: £24,000-£26,000 per annum dependent on experience
Contract: Full time - 35 hours per week with some evenings & weekends. An initial 12 month contract

Berks & Bucks FA is the local governing body for football covering Berkshire & Buckinghamshire. Our role is simple, to lead, protect and support an individual’s journey in football by inspiring a lifelong relationship with the game. These are exciting times for the County FA as we support football’s response and recovery from Covid and look forward to the launch of our new three-year strategy and a relocation of the County FA office. The successful candidate for this role will be instrumental in helping the County FA to achieve our ambitions.

The Role
Berks & Bucks County Football Association is seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated person with a passion for community engagement and making a difference to people’s lives through football as well as leading on wider inclusion work across the Association. We are therefore seeking a Full-time Community & Inclusion Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and developing this programme. The organisation operates a hybrid working approach and while this position will be based primarily at our headquarters in Abingdon, the role-holder will be required to regularly attend events across the County.
