Talking Tactics was developed by Berks & Bucks FA, in partnership with Reading FC, to help end the stigma surrounding Mental Health and promote everyone’s wellbeing through the power of football.

In line with the Government’s recommendations around small gatherings we have suspended our monthly face-to-face evenings. However since March the programme has continued online as we believe that our Mental Wellbeing is vitally important even more so at this difficult time so why not join us on Friday 10th July.  

Joining us as Guest Speaker will be Martin Sinclar. Martin is a former England and Team GB Cerebal Palsy player and he will be sharing his own experiences with mental health which we hope will inspire others to talk and seek support if needed.
