Fitness Goals 2020

What are your #FitnessGoals?

Kick-start 2020 with our female-only fitness class which incorporates the fun of both keep-fit & football

To kick-start 2020 we are launching female-only fitness sessions that combine all the fun of football, circuits and aerobic exercise into one weekly session.

Each session will focus around the basics of football, incorporating familiar fitness exercises all along to music in a friendly & welcoming environment, perfect for beginners and those looking to improve their fitness.

The sessions are aimed at women who may have an interest in football and want to give it a go, whilst keeping fit and meeting new people. The atmosphere is very relaxed and can be tailored to each individual based on their ability & experience - so you don't have to worry about your fitness levels or ability, just come along and give it a go.

The sessions will take place on Monday nights in Didcot at Aureus School Sportshall 7:00 – 8:00pm and the first session is FREE - so why not bring a friend along with you for support?  Each session thereafter is priced at just £3 (cheaper than the morning coffee!) and the sessions will run for 10 weeks.
