The Flexi Football Revolution has come to Berks & Bucks FA

Following our successful pilot league in Reading at Ryeish Green, we're excited to announce that we are now expanding our new 11v11 ‘Flexi Football’ offer across the County with the creation of four new FleXI's leagues in Reading, Slough, Aylesbury and Newbury.

Flexi leagues are for the adult male player accessing the beautiful game of 11v11 mid-week football with hour long fixtures offering a quick fix of football. We secure the best possible venues in the relevant areas (3G where available). 

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BBFA’s FLEXI LEAGUES?

- High quality 3G pitches (where available)
- Matches played weekly or bi-weekly with shorter seasons.
- FA qualified referees guaranteed for every fixture. 
- 50 minute matches, rolling substitutions.
- Only £55 per team per fixture
- All admin and paperwork is taken care of by a BBFA.
- Entry/Referee fee is £35 per team. (If the team completes all scheduled fixtures this is refundable).
- Discipline managed by BBFA to promote a fair and enjoyable environment to play.

WHO IS FLEXI FOOTBALL FOR?

- All ages from 16+ 
- Teams that have folded but are looking to re-establish themselves.
- Teams struggling to play weekend football.
- Coaches and parents of junior football teams.
- Individuals who can no longer play weekend football due to work/family commitments.

The leagues are ideal for those who want a “quick fix” of 11v11 football with 50 minute matches, rolling subs and shorter league seasons providing all the fun of the traditional game without the commitment of an 8 month season with each mini season lasting approx 3 months.

The aim of the league is to give adult male players the chance to continue playing the game regularly, whilst taking into consideration busy commitments that can make training mid-week and playing weekend mornings and afternoons difficult to maintain.
