Job Vacancy - Football Communications Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with significant experience in marketing and communication and with a passion for grassroots football to support the game.

The successful candidate will work from our highly regarded headquarters in Abingdon and will be responsible for the creation and delivery of an annual communications calendar for the County FA to promote the work of Berks & Bucks FA and its delivery of the National Game Strategy and the wider work of the County FA.

Reporting in to the Head of Delivery (Football Development Team), this post will work with employees from across the organisation to support consistent and inspiring communication. We require an individual who can work as part of a team whilst managing an individual workload and priorities. This post requires a professional and highly organised person with a track record of personal responsibility coordinating multiple projects simultaneously with various deadlines, ideally within a football environment.

This is a full-time post (35 hours per week), and will require occasional evening or weekend work. Applicants must have a passion for and understanding of grassroots football.
