Match Based Discipline

All discipline for players are match based suspensions depending on the type (day) of football played (e.g. Sunday, Saturday, Midweek).

All disciplines and fines can now be paid via the Whole Game System, replacing the archaic, paper-based discipline process.

This new approach will improve the consistency of sanctions throughout all levels of the game across the Country and ensure suspensions that are imposed on players are fair and in proportion to the offence they have been charged with.

Responding to Discipline Cases & Paying Fines

You must respond to a case(s) immediately, to when you receive the notification of the charge, or after a certain period of days you will receive an automatic £20 fine. Do not wait until you receive the invoice to pay the fine. We have created a helpful guide which can be accessed in the documents section at the bottom of the page. Please also see the help videos for cautions and dismissals/misconduct below:

Example:

Within a club statement there could be an invoice due on 1st May, red card paperwork due on 10th May and caution paperwork due on 14th May.

Should a club fail to respond on time to any of these elements, then late fines are automatically added at midnight of the due date.

Remember - It is important that you are familiar with the timescales to respond to charges as they are no longer linked to the traditional ‘Friday deadline’.
