My Role
My main roles and responsibilites are to manange the strategic objectives of the skills programme are implemented which includes technical delivery, overseeing clear player pathways are established through schools, clubs and skills centres, and working with key external delivery partners within the County.
About Me
I have been coaching for 15 years largely within grass roots football, which is very close to my heart. I have been fortunate enough to work with some very enthuisiastic and skilled coaches throughout my career. With this i have developed my skills in all areas of my job as Team Leader.
