1st4sport Level 3 Certificate in Coaching Football (UEFA B)

As of 31st December 2010, the current Level 3 Certificate in Coaching Football will be removed from the Qualifications framework and will no longer be able to be delivered by CFA’s. As a result, the Level 2 CCF will also no longer be Part 1 of the UEFA B Licence.

From February 1st 2011, FAL will be introducing a new UEFA B Licence. This new stand-alone course will be administered and delivered solely by FAL on a regional basis. The course will increase to 120 hours (16 days) in duration as it is a UEFA B licence qualification in its own right.

This course now is really only intended for intentional coaches – those coaches who wish to enter paid football employment working in the senior or professional game e.g. Pro and Senior level clubs, tutors etc.

A more suitable route for coaches working in grassroots clubs, once they have completed the Level 1 or Level 2, are the FA Youth Awards.
