Berks and Bucks FA - developing football for everyone
Development - take your skills to the next level

MK Wanderers FC

The Club was proud to be the first club in Milton Keynes to be awarded the FA Charter Standard Community status in 2004 and since the renewal in 2008 we are currently the only Club in the area to hold this award level.
We continue to strive to uphold the standards set by the FA and to maintain and improve our own standards.

The club was formed in 1992 as Woughton Wanderers Football Club when the initial membership was 10 boys at U7/8 and they trained and played at Woughton Campus, Milton Keynes. The Clubs aim was to provide opportunities for boys and girls to play football in a friendly, safe, and secure environment, with the help of volunteer managers, coaches and parental support.

Each year since then the Club has grown and in the season 1997/98 the club changed it’s name to MK Wanderers Football Club when it outgrew the facilities at Woughton and moved its base to Conniburrow Pavilion. The Club has continued to grow though and in recent years has moved its main playing fields to Kents Hill Pavilion - with some games played at Monkston Pavilion as well. The Club has this year been granted a lease on the Kents Hill facilities so now feels that it finally has a 'home'. This tied in with the Club gaining entry to the Molten Spartan South Midlands League.

The Club now has in excess of 340 players (male and female) registered within the club and has teams playing in the local MK & District Junior 7's league (U7 to U12), MK & Border Counties Youth League (U12 to U18), Midland Junior Premier League (Colts), North Bucks League and Molten Spartan South Midlands League (senior men) and the Thames Valley Counties (Women's) League and Southern Region (Women's) League.

As a continually moving organisation the Club is always looking for new people to join it's ranks and add their support to achieving the goals we've set.
