The standard aims to demonstrate how our organisation widens access and reduces inequalities in Football.
The Equality Standard is divided in to 4 levels, Foundation, Preliminary, intermediate and advanced. The first level looks at developing the organisation. Evidence is collected against our commitment to equality, our policies and how they are communicated to staff and customers and our awareness of our current profile in terms of equality.
