Football Development Adminstrator
I started working for the Berks & Bucks FA on 22nd July 1996. The office was much smaller then, with only 5 members of staff. I originally worked in the governance office, processing referees’ reports. I left in September 1997 for five months and when I returned in February 1998 I continued to work in governance, before moving to football development in May 2002.
The football development department is an enjoyable place to work. I work with a great team and am responsible for administering Coaching Courses, Coaching Disabled Footballers Courses, Goalkeeping Level One Courses and the new Age Appropriate Courses and FA Youth Award. I work closely with the County Development Manager and our four Football Development Officers.
I have been married for 17 years and have 4 children, Rebecca, 15, Joe, 7 and twins, Lydia and Alex aged 4. When I have any spare time at home I enjoy reading and writing.
