The plan identifies challenges facing grassroots football and focuses on four key themes, these being growth and retention, developing better players, raising standards and running the game effectively. These key themes are underpinned by three key enablers; developing a diverse and skilled workforce, marketing and communications and facility investment.
We are keen to develop partnerships to promote the benefits of football and access essential funding which can be invested to increase the quantity and quality of pitches and facilities providing more and better playing opportunities.
